I'm Lisa, a corporate and menopause survivor and a professional coach whose top three strengths are: Ideation, Strategic, and Futuristic (Gallup StrengthsFinder).

People have naturally gravitated to me for years for ideas and advice (btw, that's one way to identify a strength!).

And I love to see women step into their confidence and go after their passion, especially those who are 50 and beyond! When they do, they are inspiring all the other women out there who haven't gotten the courage to do so yet. We need to spread the inspiration and support each other during this menopause chapter of our livees!!
